The following questionnaire was designed to explore your views  and opinions on [The Mid-Life MOT*] as its current service users. The information gathered will contribute towards improving similar services available for middle-aged workers in South Korea. 

*The Mid-Life MOT is a free online service for people in the age groups of 40 to 60. It aims to help plan 3 key aspects of their lives, namely work, wellbeing and wealth. Both employers and employees may use it to realise their desired form of retirement (Source: Department for Work and Pension).
