•7 mins walk to Ealing Common station (Piccadilly and District line).
•10mins walk to Ealing Broadway (Central, District Line and over ground to Paddington).
• Lots of buses in the area and Acton/West Ealing is 5mins away by bus
• Ealing Broadway is good for shopping.
• Ealing Common has a number of grocery shops and two great Japanese/Korean stores if into Asian cooking.
•Parking available.
•Many coffee shops in the area and great place to go jogging/cycling - lots of parks nearby.

•Gas/Electric - £96 every 3 months.
•can move in July or August -1st of August would be best as we can start a new contract then.

I'm a 36yrs male working in Hammersmith as a web events manager. I'm sociable, friendly, quiet and respect people's space as well as house rules etc. I have a quite few hobbies interest but my favourite are cooking, travelling, origami and music.
