Sorry for my rusty language, I am not able to type Korean letter on the keyboard here.

Let me tell you something about the student visa.

April. 2009, I applied for the studnet visa for an English language course in the uk.

Unfortunately, having legal working experience in the UK when I was taking a course there, I got refusal letter from them but still wanted to start the course with others, I flew to England without the visa.

At Heathraw airport, the immigration officer just let me through and gave me Vistor Student visa stamp. It means that I had to leave the UK to Korea within 6month period. I was fine.

You know what the problem was! I wanted to get back to Korea earlier that I planned to apply for the porper student visa in Korea. Anway, I had short holiday in Paris and was about getting back to England to take my items at home in the middle of August.

I was really unlucky, the immigration office in Care de Nord dragged me down. My entry in the bloody UK was refused.

I had to stay at Paris since then, I was supposed to get back to Korea at the end of the last month. I've applied for the visitor Visa in British Embassy in France. I am still looking for hearing any news from them.

I've made phone call to Korean Embassy in London ------> they are not helpful, I mean that they cannot do anything about these undelightful happening. However, I knew that it was not only myself to get refused entry in the UK because of the bloody hell immigration officer!

I am warning you. Immigration officers at the international station do not much know about the new immigration law!

If you have to explain yourself, just ask translator.(the immigration officer wants you to make lots of mistakes on your words to let you down) Do not worry about your train, they will offer you new train ticket.

More important thing is that be humble and do not say lots of words!

Women do not face to the female officer and get dressed well with lovely smile to male one!

I have been on rough time here. I even thought to move to France to keep on studying here!

Anyway, you must have reason to get back to Korea! that is essential.
