안녕하세요.

이곳 저곳 다 알아보다 명쾌한 답을 얻지 못하여 유 경험자 분들께 비자 문의를 하고자 이렇게 급하게 글을 올립니다.

현재 저는 2007년11월에 영국 회사에 입사하여 WORK PERMIT을 소유하고 있으며 비자가 2012년 11월에 만기가 됩니다. 비자를 보니 NUMBER OF ENTRIES 는 MULT 이고 TYPE 은 WORK PRMIT FXXXXXX-회사명 이렇게 되어 있네요.
이번 결혼을 하여 현재 한국에 있는 아내가 영국으로 오려고 하는데 비자 신청에 좀 곤란을 먹고 있습니다.
어떤 타입의 비자 신청을 해야 하는지 말이죠. 한국 에이젼시에서는 비자 법이 많이 바뀌어서 WORK PERMIT은 COLSTED 된 거라 자세한 정보가 없다고만 하구요.
아내가 어떤 타입의 비자를 신청해야 하며 어떤 폼의 신청서를 작성 해야 하는지 유 경험자분이나 아시는 분 있으면 조언 부탁드립니다.
UK BORDER AGENCY 싸이트에서는 another category of the Immigration Rules 을 따라야 한다고만 되어 있고 자세히 TIER 1 OR 2 로 신청해야 하는지 아니면 구 WORK PERMIT으로 신청 해야 하는지 자세한 설명이 없네요.

This page explains whether a work permit holder's dependants are allowed to enter and stay in the UK under their work permit arrangements.

Dependants
A dependant is a wife, husband, civil partner, same-sex partner, unmarried partner or child under the age of 18 years. A work permit holder's dependants may be admitted to the UK. They will be given conditions of stay which do not place any restrictions, other than those that would apply to a resident worker, on employment or engaging in business. This normally applies when a dependant is granted more than 6 months' leave. If they are granted less than 6 months' leave, they will not normally be allowed to take up employment. Any dependant children over 18 years old should apply on a separate form and pay the appropriate fee. If you are overseas, you should see the visa services website for further information on how to do this.

The exceptions to this are the dependants of multiple entry work permit holders who, if they wish to accompany a work permit holder to the UK, must qualify for entry in their own right under another category of the Immigration Rules.
