[MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Manage and address all local IT ‘ticket’ requests made via the ITSM
- End user support for all incumbent IT solutions
- Creation and maintenance of business information reports utilizing SQL Reporting Services, manage SQL databases
- Out of hours point of contact in case of IT emergency
- Provide support to the business users globally


[PERSON SPECIFICATION]

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science)
- Up to 2 years Java experience
- Spring framework
- Technical background with a hands-on knowledge of essential data skills, including relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle etc.)
- Knowledge of BI/Data Warehouse concepts, including star schema is proffered
- The ability to speak Korean would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Ability to break down multiple tasks into severity order and deal with each quickly & calmly
- Good analysis skills to translate user requirements into system specification
- Programming knowledge

Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Job type: Full-time/ Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35FTE
Paid Holidays: 20 days (Pro rata)
