> The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Home Entertainment AV team as Demand Planner Intern. Our HE AV team is responsible for the sales and distribution of AV products into the UK market.
As Demand Planner Intern you will support in maintaining forecast performance and supply plan information flow for the business unit. You will be tasked to prepare, analyse, and report the weekly bottom up forecast and weekly analysis using statistical forecast tool as well as generate consolidated forecast through facilitating forecast consensus meeting.
We are looking for a passionate graduate to join our HE AV team and have a big impact to help achieve our goals by providing support, and efficient forecasting and data analysis.
> Your Role & Responsibilities
• Supports the Senior Demand planner in the forecasting and phasing of demand and revenue plans. Using available data and tools to ensure accurate stock and sales projections are maintained throughout the year
• Attendance and participation in Weekly Sales and Operations meeting
• Responsible for running and distribution of weekly reporting, providing actionable insight into sales and inventory performance. Building and maintaining ad-hoc reports as required
• Responsible for order book comparison between customer and LG and its inbound plan
• Work with internal stakeholders in monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries
> Skills, Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous related work experience is beneficial
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrable creative ability and analytical mind set
• Pro-active and confident liaising with both colleagues internally and external stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Korean speaking an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required
