1. 구인(업무) 내용 :
K Design & Construction is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team, specialising in commercial fit-out, restaurant refurbishment and high-end interior projects.
Applicants must be capable of managing their own work area, solving on-site issues and completing tasks to a professional standard without continuous guidance.


 [ Requirements ]
    * Minimum 3 years carpentry experience
    * Able to work independently without constant supervision
    * Experience in commercial fit-out projects
    * Able to read drawings and follow specifications
    * High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
    * Driving licence advantageous

 [ Typical Work Includes ]
    * Stud walls
    * MF ceilings
    * Door installation
    * Skirting & architraves
    * Joinery works
    * Restaurant and retail fit-outs
    * General 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

2. 요구되는 영어수준 : 업무에 지장 없는 수준

3. 위치 : London & Greater London

4. 근무요일 및 시간 : 8:00-17:00 (주5일, 8.5시간, 점심시간 30분)

5. 근무 시작일시 : ASAP

6. 급여조건 : £160-£180/day (depending on experience & own tools)

7. 유급휴가 여부 : PAYE 등록시 법정 유급휴가 기준

8. 트레이닝/트라이얼 여부와 페이 지급 여부 : 트라이얼 7일(페이 지급), 수습기간 3개월

9-1. 보장되는 하루 미니멈 근무시간 : 8.5
