The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our MS(TV&AV) Product Management Team as Assistant Product Manager. Our MS(TV&AV) Product Management Team is responsible for the sales and distribution of MS products such as UHD TV, OLED TV, NANO TV and Audio products into the UK market.
As an Assistant Product Manager you will be tasked to understand and forecast on future business budget needs, analyse findings by conducting cost & benefit analyses, create suggestions & check the reasonability of payment, and communicate with the internal teams(Credit control, Sales finance, Sales, Marketing team), including checking budget of marketing support. You will be responsible for managing sales programmes, which includes organising the promotion details, monthly sales programmes report, and monitoring the balance and current sales programme activities. Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested by the line manager.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Programme Management
Plan, manage, and monitor sales programmes, promotions, and pricing activities
Organise promotion details, timelines, and maintain monthly promotion calendar
Respond proactively to changes in promotions and pricing strategies
Support sales coordination across new and existing programmes
Budget & Funding Control
Monitor and manage A&P, rebate, SOA, allowance, and price protection claims
Forecast future budget requirements and ensure efficient fund allocation
Manage HQ strategic funds and track utilisation
Validate payment requests by reviewing supporting evidence (agreements, sales-out data, stock dates, pricing, etc.)
Analysis & Business Insights
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate effectiveness of sales & marketing activities
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance data
Identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations
Drive data-based decision making through insights and reporting
Stakeholder Communication
Share product and market insights with HQ, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
Provide regular UK business updates to HQ
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to monitor and optimise marketing spend
Reporting & Monitoring
Generate monthly sales programme reports
Monitor programme performance, budget balance, and ongoing activities
Ensure alignment between planning, execution, and reporting
Operational Support
Support overall sales and marketing activities
Manage product samples and related processes
