H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen.
After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain,
operating over 90 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.
The Role and day to day duties
- Taking orders.
- Processing orders received to ensure goods delivery timelines are met.
- Liaise with customers/colleagues to ensure smooth and timely movement of orders.
- Dealing with customers’ request.
- Complying with all company policies.
Essential requirements
- Chinese or Japanese or Korean speaker preferable but not essential.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communications and time management skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- High attention to detail and good level of numeracy.
- Flexible working approach may be required.
