Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve preparing a variety of drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring that every customer leaves and returns with a smile.

Duties
Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and responding to queries.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills for accurate billing.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Skills
Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

- Available to work 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday
- Able to communicate in English to some extent
- Customer service or barista experience
