Jang is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and smooth operational performance. You will work closely with the ownership and kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Management position.
Strong knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine.
Good understanding of wine, cocktails, and beverage service, including food and wine pairing.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Experience managing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily restaurant operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain high standards of food service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Monitor stock, ordering, and cost control.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Drive sales while maintaining an outstanding guest experience.
