Have a holiday! Go on a virtual tour of Cambridge!
You may not be able to travel right now, but if you want to explore Cambridge, Cambridge can come to you!
Take a private virtual Zoom tour of Cambridge with your family and because it’s Zoom you can even invite your friends! The virtual tour will be led by an experienced Cambridge Green Badge Guide. This tour is perfect for families. If you have children, you can find out all about the places that children will love to visit when you are actually able to come in person. It is suitable for people who have never been to Cambridge and for those of you who have already been but want to find out the more unusual places.
You can pick 1) the highlights of Cambridge i.e. King’s College Chapel, Trinity College, the Corpus Clock, the Mathematical Bridge etc. 2) the off-the-beaten track places or 3) you can tell me what you would like to find out about or what you are interested in and I will prepare something especially for you.
The feedback from the Zoom talks I have given so far has all been very positive and that included feedback from people who are already living in the Cambridge area!
The charge is £50 per talk. The talk will last approximately 30 to 35 minutes and your questions are definitely welcomed. This will give you a lot to look forward to when you are able to visit.
Oh, and the speaker is also a trained EFL instructor, so don’t worry about your English, this is suitable for people whatever their English ability. So, if you want to do something fun and informative, this might be for you.
