런던 북쪽 Belsize park 역 3분 거리에 아늑한 싱글룸이 있어요
여성 하우스 메이트 구합니다 :)
영국인 집주인 아주머니와 아들, 저 이렇게 셋이 살고 있고 방이 하나가 비게 되어 같이 사실 여성분 구합니다
집에는 사람을 좋아하는 얌전한 고양이가 같이 살아요
우선 집주인 아주머니가 정말 청결하고 깔끔하셔서 외출 후 신발을 신고 집에 들어오지 않구요,
청결함과 깔끔함이 중요하신 분들에게 딱 맞을 것 같아요
방에는 기본적으로 침대, 미니 냉장고, 옷장과 수납장, 거울 등이 있구요
싱글룸이지만 공간이 넓어 사용하시는 데에 불편하지 않을 거예요
그라운드 플로어 룸이지만 창문으로는 집에 딸려있는 가든이 있어 위험하지 않구요
햄스테드 근처라 살기 좋은 안전한 동네고 근처에 편의시설이 다양해 불편함이 없어요
밤늦게 귀가해도 위험하다는 느낌은 살면서 받은 적이 없었네요!
한달 665파운드 (bills included)
미니멈 스테이 6개월
보증금과 노티스 기간은 1달입니다 :)

A nice clean single room on lower level with lots of sunshine coming through the window. It has a pleasant view backing on to the garden. Room is cosy, it has a Bed, Fridge, Chair/stool, Chest of drawers, Lamp, Mirror, and Wardrobe. The property is in an ideal location, few minute walk to Belsize tube station (Northern Line), Buses C11, 168, 24, 46. Travel time 15 -20 minutes to the City. Amenities in the area such as Everyman’s cinema, M&S, Tesco, Budgens supermarket, Organic fruit & Veg shop. Numerous Restaurants and eateries, GBK, Gail’s, Costa Coffee, Starbucks and many more places to eat and relax. 10-15 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath, 15 minutes to Primrose Hill.
Looking for busy Female full time worker/student with a mature outlook preferably over 25 years old.
You must be respectful, honest, clean, tidy and be prepared to clean up after yourself.
Minimum Stay: 6 months
Notice Required: 1 month
Rent: 1 month advance plus 1 months deposit.
We are a fairly quiet household and would welcome same.
