위치는 Nothern Line 지하철역
East Finchley 역에서 걸어서 8분 정도 소요됩니다. 3존이고 센트럴까지 약 20분 이내로 갑니다.

안전한 지역이라 동네가 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 세인즈버리 마트와 더 걸어가면 테스코가 있고 주변에 도서관이 3곳 있습니다.

현재 집주인 한 분 혼자 살고 계시고 여자분이셔서 여자분을 선호하신다고 합니다.

사진으로 보이는 넓은 화장실을 혼자 사용하게 됩니다. 찬물 뜨거운물 따로 나오지 않는 신식 세면대 두개에 욕조와 샤워실 구비된 욕실입니다. 방 앞에 위치해 아주 편리합니다.

넓은 거실과 정원이 있습니다.
자유롭게 식재료를 넣고 요리할 수 있습니다.

모든 빌 포함에
단기로 지낼 시엔 여쭤보면 기간 조정 다 해주셔서 좋습니다.

요리를 잘하셔서 종종 식사를 챙겨주시는데 원하지 않으시면 편하게 말씀하셔도 됩니다.

Situated in between East Finchley, Highgate and Muswell Village just North of Central London. It has a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cinema and has easy access to the City. The area is also spoilt for choice when it comes to parks nature paths and woodlands (Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Cherry Tree Wood and Parkland Walk) all within walking distance.
A bright, quaint semi-detached house located on a calm and quiet leafy street with on street free parking space in front of the house and includes a south facing rear garden.
Shared airy dining room and kitchen area, fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, fridge, microwave and a spare fridge.
The house is a 10 min walk from Muswell Hill Broadway, 7 mins to East Finchley station (Northern Line), and Central London is only 20 mins from there.
The Room: Spacious & clean double room furnished with plenty of storage space, desk, book shelves and large bathroom.
