컨택이 잘 되고 있는것 같은데, 교수님께서 혹시 거주는 어떻게 생각해본거 있냐고 여쭤보시네요.. 원랜 unpaid 인턴으로 하고싶다고 보냈던건데, 학교규정상 펀딩이 되어야한다고 하셔서 알아보고있다고 하시는 단계인데 메일답변이 항상 되게 긍정적이세요! 그래서 저도 뭔가 거주도 이미 잘 해결하고 있다고 답 보내고 싶은데.. 대충 알아보니까 학생숙소들 일주일에 50만원씩 하던데... 고시원/하숙 같은 곳 없을까요 ? ? (저는 지금 프랑스에 1년 교환학생 와있고, 한국 돌아가기전 여름방학에 인턴하고싶어서 제 분야 하시는 랩실에 컨택 해본 상황입니다) 그리고 대학원 잘 아시는 분들 혹시 이 상황이면 긍정적인 상황인지도 궁금해서.. 메일도 첨부하겠습니다! 그리고 지금 프랑스에서 영국비자를 받을 수 있을까요... (저는 지금 프랑스 학생비자26.7.31까지인 상황입니다)

I need to speak to our Head of School to find out how to manage such an arrangement, so I'll email you as soon as I know more about the practical aspects of hosting international interns at London Metropolitan University.

Sorry for delay - I'm still waiting to have a proper conversation with my Head of School.
The University doesn't allow unpaid internships, because it sets a precedent for unfair opportunities, since only those people with independent sponsorship or income would be able to take part. As a result, while we absolutely welcome the idea that you might join us for some creative development work over the summer, we would be offering you some funding to support this. At present, we need to work out where those funds will come from!
Also, I wonder if you have looked into possibilities for accommodation if you came to London over the summer period?
I hope to be able to reply with more information soon.
