구글에서 찾아보기로는 배우자가 skilled worker visa 소지하면 저도 같은기간 받을수있다고 하는데 또 영국사랑 법인 사이트들어가보니 영국 시민권 혹은 영주권 자 여야한다는데 제 배우자가 한국인이고 영국회사에서 sponsorship 을해주는 상황인데 상관없이 skilled visa 만 소유하명 저도 spouse visa 를받을수있는게 맞을까요 ?? 감사합니다!

1. Can You Apply from Inside the UK?
No, you must apply from outside the UK.
The Skilled Worker Dependant visa application must be submitted from your home country (South Korea) or another country where you have legal residence.
You cannot enter the UK visa-free (as a tourist) and then switch to a dependant visa from within the UK.
2. Application Process
✅ Apply online through the UK government website
✅ Submit biometrics (fingerprints and photo) at a UK visa application center in South Korea
✅ Wait for processing (typically 3–8 weeks, but priority service is available for faster processing)
