UK Border Agency site 에서 eu 밖에서 영국으로 오는 아동 교육 관련 규정을 찾았는데요.

4세-17세 사이의 어린이는 영국 공교육을 받으수 없고 반드시 학비를 내는 사립학교에서 교육을 받으라고 규정되어 있네요.

제가 보기에 님이 학위를 하려고 비자를 받기에는 문제가 없지만 동반 아동은 그 아이에 대하여 독립적인 비자 신청이 이루어진다면 둘다 비자를 받기가 가능할거 같아요.

The Tier 4 (Child) category is for children coming to the UK to be educated between the ages of four and 17 years old. Children between four and 15 years old must be educated at independent fee-paying schools.

Tier 4 (Child) students cannot study at publicly funded schools. The only publicly funded education providers that can teach Tier 4 (Child) students are publicly funded further education college which are able to charge for i nternational students.

If you are 16 or 17 years old and you want to study a course at or above National Qualifications Framework (NQF) level 3, you and your Tier 4 sponsor can agree whether you should apply to us under Tier 4 (Child) or Tier 4 (General). If you want to study at NQF level 2 or below, you must apply as a Tier 4 (Child) student.

You cannot be a Tier 4 (Child) student if you have any children who are living with you or
for whom you are financially responsible.
