학생비자 + 동반비자 신청시.. 타국에서.. > 비자

타국에서 동반비자를 신청해서 영국에서 살 예정이신가요? 어디 계신지는 몰라도
비자를 신청할 수 있는 조건이 되시면, 결제할 때만 상황이 달라질것 같아요.
영국인인 배우자랑 합치시려는 건가요?  님의 상황이 정확히 이해가 안되네요. 또 한사람이 동반비자와 학생비자를 같이 신청해야 하는 이유는 무엇인지 저의 지식이 짧아서 그런 건지는 몰라도 이해가 되지 않네요.
 
어쨌든 영국에서 살 예정이시고 영국인 배우자와
합치시려는 거라면 위의 링크에있는 비자 카테고리에 들텐데 거기에 다음과 같이
영어능력에 대한 설명이 나와있어요. 만약 다른 비자 카테고리라면 gov.uk 홈페이지
들어가서 다시 살펴 보세요. 다른 비자 카테고리이고 영어능력증명이 필요한 상황이라고 해도 다음과 크게 다를 것 같지 않네요.

4. Knowledge of English
You may need to prove your knowledge of the English language when you apply, unless you’re applying in a 10-year route.

You can prove your knowledge of English by either:

* passing an approved English language test with at least CEFR level A1 in speaking and listening
* having an academic qualification that was taught in English and is recognised by UK NARIC as being equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree

영어권 학위가 있으시다면 여기에 조건에 합당 할것 같네요.  따라서 영어시험은 필요가 없구요. 상세 문서를 다운받아 볼 수 있으니 스스로 확인해보시는게 가장 정확할 것 같아요.
