The following sections shall take effect on 1 January 2020. In relation to those
changes, if an application for entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain has
been made before 1 January 2020, such applications will be decided in accordance
with the Immigration Rules in force on 31 December 2019.
• Appendix G – Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2

Tier 5 YMS 비자규정에 변화가 있을 예정이며 2020년 1월 1일부터 적용됩니다.

Changes to Appendix G
G1. In paragraph 1, below “Hong Kong – 1000 places”, insert “South Korea,
1,000 places”.
G2. Delete paragraph 2.

T5 YMS 비자 대상국중 유일하게 [without Deemed Sponsorship] 카테고리로 분리되었던 대한민국이 [With Deemed Sponsorship] 리스트로 들어가게 됩니다. 따라서 별도의 승인서를 필요로 하지 않습니다.
