Please note that if the apartment you are renting has comfort cooling / heating, these charges are usually separate from the ‘standard’ electrical tariff, which is usually metered. Demands for the heating / cooling are usually raised through the block management company and sent to the Landlord. As the demands are based on usage, the demands will be passed back to you, the Tenant, for payment. This will also be clearly set out within the tenancy agreement (usually under the ‘riders’ clause).

It is further agreed that the tenant is responsible for the payment of the heating and cooling charges
for the property throughout the tenancy. The tenant understands that this is charged on a quarterly
basis. Where these costs are initially charged to the Landlord, the Tenant agrees to reimburse the
Landlord within 14 days of receipt of a demand from the Landlord or the Agent. At the end of the
tenancy, the tenant agrees that the Landlord or Agent may retain an appropriate sum from the
Deposit towards heating and heating of the hot water charges until such time as a final bill is available
to correctly apportion the retained sum.
It is further agreed that the Landlord will bear the cost of activating one phone line in the Property
where one did not previously exist.

일반적인 경우같지는 않고 집이 새거라 초기에 각종 빌이 랜드로드에게 먼저 청구되고 그 금액이 추후 세입자에게 청구되는 구조 같네요... 딱히 서플라이어를 선택하나 tariff 를 선택할 수가 없는 듯 하네요... 아마 새건물이라 그럴텐데 그럼 인터넷도 아마 들어올 수 있는 회사가 정해져있을거에요... 인터넷은 보통 직접 신청하셔야 하구요... 전기,가스,물는 알아서 날라올거고 카운실택스도 아마 날라올텐데 면제 안 되어 있을 수 있으니 미리 학교에서 레터를 받아두세요

떠나는 사람입니다. 옛날 생각이 나네요. 유틸리티 부분은 부동산에 직접 물어보시면 될 것 같고, 카운실 텍스는 학교 행정담당자에게 면제를 위한 재학증명 떼어달라면 학업기간이 명시된 재학증명서 줍니다. 그거 갖고 있다가 먼저 인터넷으로 스캔파일 올리는 방법도 있지만, 때가 되면 카운실텍스 내라는 우편이옵니다. 그 때 업로드하셔도 늦지 않을 거예요.
