Thank you for your recent enquiry.
Please ensure you log in using your 8 digit deposit ID number and 5 digit repayment ID number.
Once logged in with your deposit and repayment ID, please select 'Submit Repayment Response'. This option is on the left hand side of the screen just above the box which contains your deposit details.
Your repayment ID was sent at the beginning of the tenancy by email or by post if we were not supplied with an email address. If you are unsure of your repayment ID, which you will need to log in, please reply to this email and we will arrange to send you a reminder. Within your email, please ensure you quote the following details:
· Full tenancy address including postcode
· Tenancy start sate
· Deposit amount
· Monthly rental amount
Logging in to the deposit this way will allow you to have access to submit a response or initiate repayment. If you log in using your deposit ID and surname, you will not have access to these functions and will only be able to view deposit information.

근데 아무리 찾아봐도 summit the response 하는 버튼이 안보이는데 아..........

8자리 숫자인 deposit ID와 5자리인 repayment ID로 로그인 하셨나요? 그렇게 해야만 그 버튼이 보인대요. (deposit ID와 surname으로 로그인하면 그 버튼 안보일 거고, 디포짓 인포메이션만 보이구요)
