As a busy and growing enterprise we are looking for an ambitious, hard working, suitably qualified/part qualified individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience gained working in business and corporate accounting/taxation to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Directly report to the Manager the successful candidate will undertake the duties listed below:
Outsourcing work for multi-national Korean Companies based in UK
Preparing Management Accounts.
Preparing Financial Accounts, VAT returns and Annual Returns.
Bank Reconciliation and other Control Accounts
Bookkeeping on VT Transactions
Train junior staff when required
Maintain an efficient control of assignments and plan effective management of their workload.
Reviewing work prepared by other team members when required.
Working as part of the team overall team to ensure that all key deadlines are successfully managed.
Essentially you will have considerable financial and accounting experience and posses essential skills in Financial and Management Accounting, Bank Reconciliation and Control Accounts, Bookkeeping, VAT and annual returns.
Practice and confidence in using Microsoft Excel and VT transaction, Xero are essential.
Experience of managing and training staff and working in teams would be an advantage. Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills are required as is the ability to develop solutions to problems and work on own initiative.
Fluency in Korean would also be considered a strong advantage, as a high proportion of our established clientele are expatriate Koreans and multi-national Korean corporate bodies operating in UK
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Benefits: Company pension

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience: accounting: 2 years (preferred)
