% Arabica are looking for experienced Baristas with exceptional levels of service to join our
teams.
With over 100 stores across the globe, % ΔRΔBICΔ is a pioneering speciality coffee brand
from Japan known and loved by coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
With stores in Covent Garden, Broadway Market, South Molton Street and our newest
location in Spitalfields Market, we are looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our growing
London team.

The ideal candidates should be passionate and ambitious individuals with speciality coffee
knowledge and able to foster strong relationships between team members. Successful
candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing an excellent
level of customer service with attention to detail. Previous experience working with coffee is
essential.

Pre-requisites:
• Full-time
• Availability on Weekends
• Immediate start
• A passion for quality coffee
• Experience in specialty coffee (dialling in, pulling shots, steaming milk, latte art)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work well under pressure whilst delivering the same quality and service
standards
• A desire to continually develop and improve.

6. 급여조건 : £11.00 - £12.00 (별도 팁, 인센티브 지급)
