1. 구인(업무) 내용 : Air Freight Operations & Admin Coordinator (Korean Speaker)
항공화물 오퍼레이션 및 행정업무 (한국어 가능자)

* Role Overview *
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Korean-English) Operations & Admin Coordinator to support our air freight and express parcel logistics. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience either in warehouse handling, customs documentation, or administrative coordination—especially in a fast-paced international shipping environment.

* Key Responsibilities *
• Liaise with Korean clients and partners to coordinate air cargo and express parcel shipments, including urgent consignments and e-commerce deliveries.
• Support warehouse coordination, including monitoring cargo receiving, verifying shipment details (weight, dimensions, labeling), assisting with re-packing and palletizing instructions, and liaising with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and storage.
• Assist with customs clearance for international shipments, including express/low-value consignments, ensuring compliance with Duty & Tax requirements and facilitating smooth release.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, airwaybills, customs codes, and packing lists.
• Translate and communicate technical and operational details between Korean-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, shipment tracking, billing coordination, and filing of operational records.
• Monitor shipment status and warehouse workflow, escalating delays or discrepancies to supervisors and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting implementation of digital tools and SOPs.

* Requirements *
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in air freight, express parcel, or warehouse logistics is advantageous, but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate with strong language skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and basic documentation requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital systems for shipment tracking and admin tasks.
• UK work visa is not sponsored – only applicants holding a valid UK visa are eligible to apply.

• 창고 업무 지원: 화물 입고 모니터링, 운송 정보(무게, 규격, 라벨링) 확인, 재포장 및 팔레타이징 지시 지원, 창고 팀과 협력하여 적시 출고 및 보관 보장.
• 국제 화물의 통관 지원(특송/저가 화물 포함) – 관세 및 세금 요건 준수를 보장하고 원활한 통관 진행.
• 상업 송장, 항공 운송장, 통관 코드, 패킹 리스트 등 운송 문서 작성 및 관리.
• 한국어 사용 고객과 내부 팀 간의 기술적·운영적 세부 사항을 번역 및 전달하여 명확성과 정확성 확보.
• 행정 업무 지원: 데이터 입력, 화물 추적, 청구 조정, 운영 기록 관리 등.
• 화물 상태 및 창고 작업 흐름 모니터링, 지연 또는 문제 발생 시 관리자에게 보고하고 이해관계자에게 적시 업데이트 제공.
• 비효율성을 파악하고 디지털 도구 및 표준 운영 절차(SOP) 개선에 기여.

* 자격 요건 *
• 한국어와 영어에 모두 능통(말하기 및 쓰기).
• 항공 화물, 특송, 또는 창고 물류 경험이 있으면 우대하나 필수는 아님 – 언어 능력이 뛰어나고 적극적인 자세를 가진 적합한 후보자에게 교육 제공 예정.
• 통관 절차 및 기본 서류 요건에 대한 이해.
• 세심함과 빠른 환경에서 독립적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 능력.
• Excel 및 디지털 시스템(화물 추적 및 행정 업무용) 숙련도.
• 영국 취업 비자 지원하지 않음 – 유효한 영국 비자 소지자만 지원 가능.
