1. Overall Job Purpose:
  LGEUK service relies on our service partners to provide defective return for CE product [ TV, Ref, Was, Audio and Monitor. Defective return
  data analysis and re-sales process an important role in ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  As LGEUK grows within the market there will be an increasing need to adapt LGEUK service to meet the demands and expectations of the
  end consumer, service partner in an ever changing market.

2. Key Responsibilities:
  Defective return data analysis and support team leader

• SVC Data data collecting / analysis by excel [ Advanced excel skill required - [ 엑셀 상급 이상 필요 ] ]
• Weekly / monthly report
• Must be able to report to LGE HQ [ Korean ] 
• Any other reasonable task requested by your line manager

Inventory

• Returns trend data analysis by product / model / dealer
• Returns inspection analysis and overall result
• Daily open RMA data management
• Ensuring stock accuracy through maintenance of inventory items
• Reviewing sales history and producing reports for management
• Checking, reviewing and maintaining forecasts for products and customers
• Adjusting forecasts to reflect changes in customer demands
