레스토랑의 일상 운영 관리

케이터링 서비스 기획 및 직원 관리

최고의 고객 서비스를 유지하고 보장

식음료 품질 및 메뉴 구성 결정

고객의 특별한 행사 요구사항 상담

원재료 구매 및 회계 처리 준비

위생 기준 및 식음 서비스 품질 점검

조리 일정 및 홀/카운터 스태프 조직

예산 내에서 낭비 없이 자재 관리

인력, 재무, 자재 등 단기 및 장기 계획 수립

✅ 자격 요건:
영어 및 한국어에 능통하신 분

한국 음식과 문화에 대한 이해가 높으신 분

뛰어난 의사소통 능력과 팀 코칭/리더십 역량

빠른 속도의 환경에서도 유연하게 일할 수 있는 능력

문제 해결 능력과 조직력이 뛰어나신 분

예산, 비용 예측, 인건비 통제에 대한 이해

기본적인 PC 활용 능력

K-Town BBQ, an authentic Korean BBQ buffet restaurant based in New Malden, London, is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our team and help us promote Korean cuisine and culture.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of restaurant operations

Plans catering services and directs staff

Ensures the highest standards of customer service

Decides the range and quality of meals and beverages offered

Discusses customer requirements for special occasions

Purchases or oversees supply orders and account preparation

Maintains hygiene standards and food/service quality

Organises food prep and coordinates waiting or counter staff

Monitors supply usage, waste, and budget adherence

Determines staffing, financial, and material needs (short and long term)

✅ Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Korean

Strong knowledge of Korean food and culture

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Solid understanding of budgeting and labour cost control

Good PC literacy
