H Mart is an Oriental and Korean food specialist with over forty years of experience. We supply not only fresh and packaged food,
but also Korean music albums, housewares, stationery and more.

H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen.
After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain,
operating over 90 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.

The Role and Day to Day Duties

• Update product information and content on the website.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party logistics for an efficient order fulfilment operation.
  
• Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  
• Preparing shipping documents such as, invoices and packing lists.
  
• Provide excellent service and order status information to customers.
  
• General Admin duties.
  
• Comply with all company policies.

Essential Requirements:,

• Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
  
• Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.
  
• Flexible working approach.
  
• Good communications and time management skills.
  
• A can-do attitude.
  
• Teamwork and collaboration across departments.
