K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable global company, is looking for a Korean speaking Operations Administrator.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Processing of AP Invoices and Credit Notes
(2) AR receipts allocation
(3) Posting of Monthly Accruals
(4) Credit limit application through insurance system & Internal set up using ERP
(5) Vendor/Customer/materials code system creation & bank account system set up
(6) Assist and cross check on sales contract and liaising with customers to complete documentation.
(7) Monitor shipment and arrange documentation for clearance of goods and communicate with freight forwarders/ customers.
(8) Raising customer invoices and credit notes if necessary
(9) Assist the sales personal with any data and documents if required
(10) Monitoring AR due date and communicate with customers, system clearing
(11) Communicate between customers in the UK and colleagues in Korean HQ to update the progress of their shipment/ order, queries or issues by email and telephone
(12) Arrange payment to supplier
(13) Assist on Month End closing including factoring
(14) Ad hoc duties as required.
[Requirements]
(1) Fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
(3) Excellent numerical skills & attention to details
(4) Articulated, proactive attitude, eager to achieve and good inter-personal skill
[Conditions]
(1) Job type: full-time & permanent & office based (NO hybrid/remote)
(2) Job location: London
(3) Working hours: 9am~5pm
(4) Annual leave: 20 days + Bank/Public Holidays (increase by 1 day after a year up to a maximum of 25 days holiday per calendar year)
(5) Basic salary: Up to 30K
(6) Benefits: pension, medical insurance, etc.
