Our client, an industry leading global company, is looking for a Korean speaking Engineering Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Assist all phases of engineering projects, including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation.
(2) Develop project plans and schedules.
(3) Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
(4) Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to determine project viability.
(5) Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement corrective actions as needed.
(6) Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
(7) Prepare and present regular progress reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
(8) Facilitate communication between team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
(9) Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver superior results
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or any related field preferred
(3) Project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
(4) Experience in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project preferred
(5) Experience problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
(6) Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
(7) Ability to work as a team to achieve project goals.
(8) Must be able to drive in UK
[Conditions]
(1) Location: South West London
(2) Job type: full-time & permanent
(3) Working hours: 8am~5pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
(4) Basic salary: 30~32K (depending on experience)
(5) Annual leave: 33 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
(6) UK work visa sponsorship available for right candidates after minimum 2 years’ successful employment
