Job Description
Your Role & Responsibilities :
* Manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment in line with customer requirements and business commitments.
* Monitor stock intake and inventory availability across multiple customer accounts to support continuity of supply and minimise delivery risk.
* Work closely with Order Management, Sales and Logistics teams to coordinate daily operations, resolve supply issues and support the Demand Planning function.
* Maintain accurate order tracking and provide regular updates on order status, risks.
* Support forecasting activities through data analysis, order trend monitoring and timely communication of changes impacting demand.
* Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks, supply constraints and process gaps, escalating issues promptly and recommending practical solutions.
* Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support clear communication, improve information flow and enhance forecast accuracy.
* Attend weekly S&OP meetings with Sales teams and contribute to discussions on demand, supply risks and operational priorities.
* Prepare and maintain reports related to customer orders, stock position, forecast status.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across demand planning and supply chain operations.
The Successful Applicant :
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formula-based analysis.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks and exceptions.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to investigate issues, challenge assumptions and escalate where needed.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to follow through on tasks and resolve issues to completion.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and practical approach.
* Resilient, adaptable and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
* Professional communication and presentation skills.
