K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Finance Analyst who will provide accurate, data-driven insights on the company’s profitability. This role will involve analysing financial information to assist the company make well‑informed decisions, preparing reports, and monitoring financial trends.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Support the development of action plans to achieve goals
(2) Annual business planning and monthly forecasting
(3) Create and manage monthly budgets
(4) Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes and report on business status
(5) Manage financial performance by analysing actual results against monthly forecasts and the business plan
(6) Managing business projects and project risk management
(7) Provide professional support to decision-makers
(8) Prepare ad-hoc reports for immediate purposes without prior planning
(9) Cost centre creation and ERP mapping during organizational restructuring
(10) Weekly AR monitoring, report preparation, and unbilled list management.
(11) Total cost analysis
(12) Weekly/ Monthly Service KPIs updates and monitoring and Business Review Report updates
(13) Moving plan & Business Plan (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
(14) Improving process and implementing key controls and KPIs for monitoring performance
(15) Maintain month and year end closing and manage outstanding or pending invoices in a timely manner
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Experience in analysing & reporting financial data
(3) Attention to detail with excellent numerical skills
(4) Must have excellent MS Excel(vlookup, sumifs, pivot table) skills
(5) Experience with ERP(preferably SAP) highly desirable
(6) Excellent team player with communication & inter-personal skills
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge railway station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 1 year contractor(subject to be extended)
(3) Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm
(4) Salary: £37,000~42,000 (depending on experience)
