K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable international law firm, is looking for a Korean speaking Client Liaison who assist with administrative support on all client matters. Additionally, the Client Liaison will serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive an excellent service and that their needs are effectively communicated to the solicitors. This role also contributes to the business development of the Korean Services team.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Assist the Business Development Teams and lawyers to onboard new clients / new matters and to ensure that the onboarding process is completed quickly and efficiently.
(2) Manage case file administration, ensuring all documents are properly organised and filed.
(3) Act as a point of contact for clients, dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
(4) Where required, translate advice from English to Korean for Korean clients and from Korean to English for the legal teams
(5) Prepare proposals, weekly newsletters, and other sales and marketing materials.
(6) Organise and participate in legal seminars/webinars and other marketing or networking events.
(7) Maintain client data, documents, files, and reports for the Business Development team.
(8) Work with the accounts team to ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent out promptly.
(9) Cover other members of the Client Liaison teams for holiday / sickness absences.
(10) Assist with other general administrative related tasks as reasonably required.
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Must have minimum 2 years’ relevant corporate work experience, preferably in a client-focused position
(3) Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
(4) Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
(5) Ability to organise events and work under pressure
(6) Excellent MS Office skills
(7) Self-starter, able to work using own initiative, and good team player
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: City of London (Bank area)
(2) Job type: full-time & permanent & hybrid( 2days work from home)
(3) Official working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
(4) Annual basic salary range: depending on experience
(5) Performance based commission, pension, life insurance, medical insurance
(6) 33 days of annual holiday (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
