We are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 5-person flat share close to Finsbury Park.
The available room is a furnished double.
You will share a bathroom with one other flatmate.
We all share a small kitchen, but make it work.
There is a washing machine and a dryer.
There is NO shared living or dining room.
The flat is located in a relatively quiet residential area. Finsbury Park is around the corner. It takes around 8min to walk to Finsbury Park station (access to Piccadilly/Victoria line, multiple bus lines, and the railway). There are various supermarkets, restaurants, post offices, pubs etc. within 15min walking distance.
The bills (electricity, gas, broadband) and Council Tax (band E) amount to around £110 per month per person on top of rent. Also, please keep in mind that this will likely increase in the future considering recent government statements.
Please take further into account that there is paperwork involved before signing the contract, including a credit check. All that might take up to a week.
