중간방 설명 -
Four bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom flat with two tenants staying (Kyung, an artist and Isik who works in fashion) and a fluffy black cat named Noodle. Both Late 20s- early 30s, looking for a tidy (we have a cleaning rota), similar life stage, professional person.

My room is £675/mo, furnished (bed, desk, dresser, bureau) and bills come to around £130/mo (council tax/gas/electricity/internet). The flat is on Acton High st (W3 6LP) and is walking distane to Picadilly/District/Overground/Elizabeth lines. Morrisons and Lidl are 2 min walk away.

Lease would start 20 Jan and run to 20 September. Deposit would be paid to me and is £865. The rooms are all different sizes and charged by sq meter but we split the deposit for the whole flat equally. My housemate is also moving and the other room available is smaller and is £565/mo.

Isik (32) is from Turkey, she works in fashion (9-5). She works from home 3 days and is in the office 2 days. She has a 4 year old cat, Noodle, who is very sweet natured and timid. Noodle usually hangs out in Isik’s room when she is home, and he might be in the living room/corridor when she is out. Some weekends she goes to Bristol to visit her boyfriend and sometimes he visits the flat over the weekend.

Kyung(29) is an artist Kyung is from Korea. She graduated Masters last year in RCA. She has a flexible schedule, works both in her studio & home.


We are a friendly but somewhat introverted flat, we value our private and quiet time and see this place as our safe space. It’s essential for us to respect each other and genuinely follow the rules we agree on for everyone’s peace. We have a cleaning rota we follow religiously, because we enjoy a clean and tidy home and don’t think it’s fair to clean after each other in our busy lives. We don’t want parties in the house, and try to give notice to flatmates when we will have a guest. We don’t want partners staying over more than 3 nights every two weeks as we are a crowded house already and all have daily routines. We have different schedules (early mornings, late nights) so we try our best to be considerate about noise and mindful of each other’s schedules. It would be nicer to talk about any issues openly so we can resolve issues and keep the peace in the house.
