We have a fully furnished double bedroom available. This room has a double bed and is enough for 1 person. It has additional storage space under the bed and in the hall. This flat is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It has a big kitchen, 2 small balconies, a large living room, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The whole flat has fast Wi-Fi, which is suitable for working from home.

This room is £715 not including bills. The bills (WIFI, Gas, Electric, water and Council tax) is £115/month in total.

•⁠  ⁠This flat is located right next to Clapham North tube station and a bus stop. It’s also right next to a Sainsbury Local and only takes 8mins walk to the Sainsbury superstore. It’s a safe block. Ideal for professionals who seek living in London.

•⁠  ⁠We are 2 girls who are super clean and friendly, working in medical advertising and film effects industry. The previous girl is going to leave soon. So we would like to find a girl who is clean, chill and friendly as a replacement :) We are not a party house but we love having friends over for dinner and good conversation.

The room is available from 1st June 2025 (Minimum 6 month stay).
