I am looking for a flatmate to share the 5 bedroom flat near city centre. 

I would like to share the flat with somebody who is quiet and clean also respect others.

please note NO PARTY, NO frequent visitors wanted. Visitor less than 2 days a month. 

We are all working professionals. 

The house is quiet and clean as some of us staying few days a week in London. 

The flat is located in high floor of building and the room has balcony, built-in closet, chest wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed. 

All the bills are included with high speed wifi internet. 

The rent is A￡600PCM and deposit required A￡300.
