안녕하세요, Chingford 역 근처에 위치한 더블 배드룸 을 소개합니다. 2024년 9월 23일 부터 입주 가능하고 미리 오시면  며칠 입주일 조정이 가능합니다.
집은 복도식으로 된 투베드룸 플랏 으로 두명이서 쉐어 하는 집입니다. 두개의 더블룸 을 셰어 하며
플랏메이트 되실 현제 입주인은 시내로 출퇴근 하는 20대의 한국 남자분입니다.

각방은 외출시 독립적으로 열쇠로 잠글수 있고 화장실과 부엌은 공용 입니다.

리버풀 스트리트(25분) 또는 킹스 크로스(30분)까지 연결되는 Chingford 역에서 짧은 도보 거리(10분)에 있습니다. 역은 슈퍼마켓(테스코24, 코옵, 아마존프레쉬), 카페, 바 등 다양한 지역 편의시설이 있는 Station Road에 있습니다.


침대, 넓은 책상, 의자, 안락의자, 커피 테이블, 옷걸이,서랍장, 붙박이 책장 을 갖춘 더블 침실 (대략 4.0 x 3.5미터) 이며,
부엌 에는 취사도구 일체, 케틀, 전자렌지, 전기 오븐, 전기 홉, 붙박이 선반, 냉장고, 세탁기 를 사용 하실 수 있습니다.
화장실/목욕탕은 세면대, 욕조+샤워, toilet 으로 되어 있습니다.

모든 빌 포함 월 £775이며 보증금은 한달 월세+열쇠 보증금 50 파운드 입니다.

무료 Wi-Fi를 제공합니다. 집의 실내 실외에서 흡연금지, 반려동물은 안됩니다.

We offer to you a well-presented, double bedroom in the heart of Chingford. The room has been finished to a lovely standard as has the shared kitchen and bathroom. You are within a short walking distance of Chingford Station which will take you directly to Liverpool Street (25 minutes) or to Kings Cross (30 minutes). The station is on Station Road which has an abundance of local amenities including supermarkets, cafes and bars. You have the best of
both worlds as you are on the edge of the ancient Epping Forest offering long walks, mountain biking/ golf courses and driving ranges/ wildlife and medieval history, as well as having easy access to central London.

You currently have a double bedroom (4.0 x 3.5 meters approx.), with a bed, armchair, desk, clothes hanger, and shelves.
Kitchen has electric oven, microwave, electric hobs, ample cupboard space, refrigerator, washing machine , kettle, pans and cooking utensils.

The rooms is £775per month and this includes council tax, gas, electricity and water bills and we offer free wifi.
We are to accommodate long-term and shorter-term stays.
This is a smoke-free house.
