워홀 중 급히 한국 들어가게 되어 방 양도하게 되었습니다.
처음에 3개월 계약했다가 중간에 한번도 월세 안올리셔서 1년 4개월 만족하면서 잘 살았습니다.
다른 플메들도 전부 저보다 길게 살다가 고향으로 돌아갔어요 다들 만족하면서 잘 살고있어요


특히 랜드로드가 개인이 아니고 회사에서 운영중이라 웬만한 문제는 보통 다음날 바로 달려와서 직접 고쳐줍니다! 플럼머 안기다려도 돼서 진짜 빠르고 좋아요!!
그리고 최근에 전자렌지, 오븐, 세탁기 다 완전 새걸로 교체해서 곰팡이도없고 깨끗해요!


[방 정보]
더블침대, 2인용 소파, 옷장, 베드사이드 수납장, 중형 수납장 있는 꽤 넓은 더블룸입니다.
카펫 아니고 마루바닥이라 한국처럼 신발벗고 살았습니다
제가 조명 두개(하나는 스마트전구), 작은수납장, 대형 책상 샀는데 1년 넘게 써서 사용감은 있지만 필요하시면 안버리고 두고갈게요.
그 외에도 런던 처음오시는분이면 런던 처음 오시는 분이면 제가 처분해야하는것들 더 드릴 수 있어요(지금 당근할 정신도 없어서...)
+ 방은 총 4개고 화장실 하나 욕실 하나 키친 있습니다. 키친, 화장실, 욕실 다 쉐어고 현재 남자3 여자 2 살고 있습니다.
+ 공용공간 청소는 매주 번갈아가면서 합니다.

꼭대기층이라 층간소음도 없고 뷰도 진짜 좋아요 밖에서 안을 볼수 없는 구조에요.
남서향이라 햇빛 잘 들고 겨울에 따뜻하구요 여름엔 창문열고 암막커튼 쳐놓으면 바람불어서 시원해요
와이파이 속도 260Mbps로 진짜 빨라서 게임 다 돌아가고 재택도 가능합니다.


[교통 및 주변 환경]
Canada Water역 도보 6분, Rotherhithe역 도보 4분 거리입니다.
도보권에 Sainsbury’s, 도서관, 카페, 공원, 숲 등이 있습니다. 주말마다 역 앞에 장도 열려요
그리고 진짜 좋은게 근처에 곧 Canada Water Leisure Centre 오픈 예정입니다. 헬스장 수영장 다 있어요 시설 진짜 좋아보여요!

I’m transferring the room as I need to return to Korea urgently during my working holiday.
I originally signed a 3-month contract, but the rent was never raised, so I ended up staying for 1 year and 4 months very happily.
All my flatmates also stayed longer than I did and eventually went back to their home countries. Everyone lived here happily and was satisfied.

Especially, the landlord is not an individual but a company, so for most problems they usually come the next day and fix it themselves!
You don’t need to wait for a plumber — it’s really quick and convenient!
Also, the microwave, oven, and washing machine were all replaced recently with completely new ones, so there’s no mold and everything is clean.

[Room Information]
It’s a pretty spacious double room with a double bed, a two-seater sofa, a wardrobe, a bedside drawer, and a medium-sized drawer.
It’s not carpeted — it has wooden flooring, so I lived without shoes like in Korea.
I bought two lamps (one is a smart bulb), a small drawer unit, and a large desk. They’ve been used for over a year, so they have some wear, but I can leave them if you need them.
Also, if you’re new to London, I can give you more things I need to get rid of (honestly, I don’t have the energy to post them on second-hand apps right now…)

Since it’s the top floor, there’s no noise from upstairs, and the view is really nice.
The layout also makes it so people from outside can’t see in.
It faces southwest, so it gets a lot of sunlight and stays warm in winter.
In summer, if you open the window and close the blackout curtain, the breeze comes through and it stays cool.
Wi-Fi speed is 260Mbps — really fast. Gaming and remote work are totally fine.

[Transportation & Surroundings]
It’s a 6-minute walk to Canada Water Station and a 4-minute walk to Rotherhithe Station.
Within walking distance: Sainsbury’s, library, cafés, parks, forests, etc.
There’s even a market in front of the station every weekend.
And the really great part — the Canada Water Leisure Centre is opening nearby soon.
It has a gym and swimming pool. The facilities look amazing!
