런던에서 기차로 약 1시간 20분 떨어져있는 브라이튼에서 역과 시내쪽과 비치도 가깝고 주변에 큰 세인즈버리도 7분거리에 있으며 주위 대학들은 걸어서 집까지 20-25분정도걸려요 ! 제가살기전에도 어학원다니시는 한국분이 사셧고 현재 집에서 5개월 거주중인데 한국에 잠시다녀와야되서 방을내놓습니다ㅠ 방도 크고 영국인 집주인아주머니가 정말 친절하시고 집도 사진에 보는거처럼 깨끗합니다. 방은 6월22일부터 입주가능하고 일단 단기로 내놓고 9월 22일부터는 더살고싶으시면 조절가능합니다! 

계약상은 6월22일~9월 22일까지 방내놓습니다.

This is a bright, warm, bedroom available to rent to a FULL-TIME STUDENT. There is a mature student living in the house as well as myself, (the live-in landlady).

The bedroom has an Ikea single bed, wardrobe, shelving, dressing table, table and chair. The house is well decorated and has a fitted kitchen, washing machine (no tumble dryer), bathroom with stand alone shower, dining area, sun room and small garden. 

The location is good for access to the universities and to colleges in the centre of the city. There's a regular bus service into the centre and it's a short stroll to The Level and the North Laine area of Brighton. Sussex and Brighton Universities are also easily accessible by train. A 5 minute walk takes you to London Road Station if you need quick connections to Brighton, Falmer or Lewes. 

The room is available to a full-time student, a mature, friendly person who respects people¡¯s property and space. Someone who keeps the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy. I have been a host family for a number of foreign language students in the past. 

I work part-time as a professional gardener with an interest in wildlife and the environment. I try to reduce my impact on the planet by recycling, turning off lights and not leaving equipment on standby. 

Previous tenants have been happy living here.
